Terms Of Service & Refund Policy

Our goal is to use our expertise to provide documents that will be maximally effective for your career goals, so your timely involvement is important to expediting this process.

Following the delivery of the initial resume or draft, we will make as many revisions as required for a period of four wee e editing fees. Resume change requests must be submitted within 30 days of initial draft to avoid additional charges.

The same applies to additional resume revisions made once you have accepted a final draft and we have delivered all finalized documents.

Refunds and Cancellation Fees:

Simplified Resume’s products are custom-made documents and each client receives copyrighted materials based on Simplified Resume’s expertise. Creative work begins once a purchase is made. There are no refunds once creative work has begun. If no creative work has commenced (i.e. your resume intake call has been completed and your writer has started working on your order) a refund may be requested up to 90 days from date of purchase, which will be made, less processing fee. All cancellation refunds are subject to processing fees. No exceptions. You may suspend your project because of personal circumstances for up to one year if:

1. The time lapse does not push your experience level, and thereby the complexity of the project into another resume category.
2. Promotions have not changed the nature of your responsibilities and thereby the complexity of the project into another resume category.

You may apply your purchase price toward other products or services with no termination fees.
