1. Service Completion and Finality:
- Resume, Cover Letter, and LinkedIn Profile Edits: Once your resume, cover letter, or LinkedIn profile has been edited and sent back to you, the process is complete, and the product is considered final.
- Review Services: When a review of your resume, cover letter, or LinkedIn profile is sent back to you, the process is complete, and the product is final.
- Single Draft Policy: For all editing services—including resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles—there are no multiple drafts or revisions. The finished product reflects our professional opinion of what a successful job search document or profile should look like for you.
- Commitment to the Human Process: Simplified Resumes’ products are custom-made documents. Each client receives copyrighted materials based on our expertise and dedication to the human process of resume creation. Creative work begins as soon as a purchase is made, ensuring that your documents are crafted with personalized attention and care.
2. All Sales Are Final:
- No Refunds: All sales are final. Simplified Resumes does not offer refunds if you change your mind, secure a new job, or for any other reason after payment has been made.
- Donation/Gifting Option: If you change your mind after purchasing a service, you have the option to donate or gift the service to someone else. Please notify us if you wish to do so.
3. Preparedness for Submission:
- Document Submission Timing: Please ensure that you are prepared to submit your documents at the time of purchase. Delaying submission can disrupt our schedule and reduce availability for other clients.
- 7-Day Submission Window: If you do not submit your documents within 7 days of purchase, your service will be considered forfeited and may be donated to someone who cannot afford our services.
4. Client Responsibility:
- Proofreading and Accuracy: You are responsible for proofreading, finalizing, and verifying the accuracy of your documents before submitting them to potential employers or networking platforms.
- Discretionary Use: You are under no obligation to use the advice, suggestions, or documents provided by Simplified Resumes. All recommendations are provided for your discretion.
5. No Guarantee of Employment:
- Subjective Nature of Hiring: Hiring is a complex process influenced by many variables such as timing, location, industry, experience level, and even luck. Simplified Resumes does not guarantee employment as a result of using our services.
